Lesson 24 : Signs & Triplicities...

We are discussing about different classification of the 12 Signs, that is Zodiac.

We already learned about Masculine and Feminine classification.

Now we will concentrate on Triplicity classification of Signs.

12 Signs are classified into 4 sets of 'Three' Signs. 4 X 3 = 12.

These four sets are named as :

1) Fire ( Aries, Leo & Sagittarius)
2) Earth ( Taurus, Virgo & Capricorn)
3) Air ( Gemini, Libra & Aquarius)
4) Water ( Cancer, Scorpio & Pisces)

As each set is having three Signs, this set is called as 'Triplicity'.

We know that this world is well composite with 'Pancha Bhootas'. Agni, Prithvi, Vaayu, Jala and Aakasha.

Saints classified 12 signs excluding Aakasha Tattwa. Because They considered that the remaining bhootas are manifesting from Aakasha tatwa.

So we have only four elements.

Now we will discuss, what these triplicities are indicating.

Fiery Signs:

Profession :
Best fit for those jobs which requires courage, executive ability, energy, enthusiasm and fire.

Earthy Signs:

Physical strength, Materialistic mind, Stability, Attachment, Patience, Preservative, Hard work, Slow & Steady, Prudent and Practical.

Positive Traits:
Hard Work, Patience, Determination, Good Health, Steadiness, Loyalty.
devotion and Worship.

Negative Traits:
Dogmatic, Stubborn, Selfishness, over Attachment, narrow-minded and foolishness.

Profession:
Best fit for the jobs where physical stamina, patience, hard work is necessary.

Airy Signs:

Mental Strength, Fertile Imagination, Adaptability, Artistic, Social, Advisers, methodical, easy-going and sympathetic.

Watery Signs:

Positive Traits:

Overall, Fiery Signs represent Spirit, Earthy Signs Body, Airy Mind and Watery Heart.

Similarly, Fiery indicates Spiritual, Earthy Physical, Airy Mental and Watery Psychic Experiences.
